Our process takes approximately 3 to 4 days. Our process begins on day with the harvest and transfer to our facilities.
On day 2 the avocados enter our sorting and packing phase. Where only the best will be carefully selected, packed in their box, and palletized along with the required traceability tag.
On day 3 our avocados will be loaded on our cargo trucks for transport to the United States.
On day 4 our avocados will be received in the United State and distributed to our customers.
Once harvested it can last up to 30 days. It all depends on the time of the year it is harvested, dry mater, oil content, and other factors that can affect the preservation of an avocado.
Thanks to the goodness of the land, our climate, and efforts of the growers from the state of Michoacan, we have avocados 365 days a year every year!
